About the position

Let's Get Digital is seeking a German-speaking Event Consultant to join our team. As a fast-growing company, we offer cutting-edge software to help B2B event managers maximise the value of their events. In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our presence in the German market.

Your core roles & responsibilities
As an Event Consultant you will be the main point of contact for our clients. Every project you start with a planning meeting to determine the milestones and set clear goals together with the client. You keep an overview of the progress your clients have made and advise them where necessary. You responsibilities include:

Consulting Event Managers to maximise the value of their events with the use of Let’s Get Digital best practices.
Project Management
Account management of existing business clients:
- Post event meetings (evaluations)
- Extending client relationships
- Managing new deals with the use of HubSpot
Constantly work on improving processes and our software

You are equipped with a ‘can do’ mentality and sharp mindset and are not afraid to take on responsibility from day on
Have the ability to reflect on your own mistakes, learn from them and share these learnings with your team so we all grow
Be a great communicator and be able to break down complex problems
You are structured and can deliver under pressure
Where our clients can see problems and challenges, you see solutions and guide our clients towards them
You have an ability to adapt to new challenges given to you
