We are looking for an Event Consultant (German speaking), who will help us grow our market share in the German-speaking (DACH-region) market. Let's Get Digital is a fast-growing scale-up with a lot of growth ambitions.

This means helping out our German clients to maximize the value of their events and boost their ROI

What are you core tasks?

• Giving advice on how to implement our software in the right way

• Handling e-mail & phone questions (support)

• Making sure we extend the relationship between our clients for further editions of their events

• Development in our processes, so we can reduce the time that's needed by our clients to use our software

But most important, enjoying our great working atmosphere & being part of our team.

About you

• You love to support clients, ensuring they make the most of our software to enhance their events.

• You are fluent in German and proficient in English.

• You are not afraid of software systems and work well with Microsoft Excel. (Note: No development knowledge is required at all)

• Your primary goal to work closely with clients to ensure their success, turning satisfied users into long-term partners

• You are available for at least 20-40 hours a week.

• Your inherent curiosity drives you to continuously learn about our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our tools and features.
